It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the State Institute of Hotel Management, Sawai Madhopur.

The Institute has been established under the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, and is affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida.

We are committed to providing excellence in hospitality education and professional training, preparing students to become skilled, confident, and industry-ready professionals in the dynamic field of hospitality and tourism.

COURSES OFFERED

Diploma in Front Office

The Front Office plays a vital role in creating the first impression of any hospitality establishment. This program focuses on developing communication, guest relations, reservation handling, and operational skills. Students are trained to handle front office procedures efficiently, manage guest experiences, and ensure smooth operations in hotels and related sectors

Diploma in Food & Beverage Service

This program equips students with the fundamentals of restaurant and banquet service, beverage knowledge, and customer interaction. The curriculum emphasizes service techniques, menu planning, order taking, and professional grooming to prepare students for dynamic roles in the food service industry.

About sIHM Sawai madhopur

This Institute is set up by the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, and is affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida (U.P.), an apex body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

The Institute commenced its first academic session in 2023 and is dedicated to providing quality education and professional training in the field of Hospitality and Hotel Management.

Located in the City of Tigers — Sawai Madhopur, known for its proximity to the renowned Ranthambore National Park, the Institute offers a learning environment enriched with culture, heritage, and tourism.

At present, SIHM Sawai Madhopur offers Diploma courses in Front Office and Food & Beverage Service. Additional programs, including B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and other diploma courses, will be introduced soon as the Institute expands its academic offerings and infrastructure.
